Featuring readily available “I Love This Yarn” #4 (worsted weight) acrylic yarn and a G crochet hook, the tightly crocheted stitches make these mittens warm and snow-resistant. And they are so easy to make!

Using just the single crochet stitch, we start with a deep ribbed cuff. Then we turn it on its side and transition to spiraling single crochets for the hand. And, along the way we use increases to build-in a comfortable gusset for the thumb. This one-piece construction minimizes finishing and speeds the whole process along.

We offer 3 sizes in the pattern and include hints should you have adjustments to make for that someone special.
